We aim to dispatch all orders on the date of purchase. Standard delivery is 1-4 working days; a next day option is available at an additional cost. All next day orders will need to be signed for on delivery. The buyer must ensure somebody is available to take receipt of the order. New Image are not responsible for orders not delivered due to the absence of anyone been available to receive the order.

The Buyer must inspect and test the Goods within 24hours of receipt and inform us immediately of any faults or queries. (Please see our Returns Policy)

Errors resulting in non-delivery due to customer errors may incur a re-delivery charge.

It is our sincere aim to produce the highest quality tattoo equipment and components. While it is our policy to maintain the highest standards of manufacture, we cannot accept responsibility for unskilled or unprofessional use of the goods or materials herein.

Returns Policy

We understand that from time to time a customer may need to return their order back to us.

To do so, you must first request a RETURNS CODE from us. You must do this WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. No returns code will mean we are unable to process the return and your package may be returned to you at your expense.

Please note the following:-

Faulty goods - Any returnable items which may seem faulty that are within warranty can be sent back to us for repair/replacement. It is the responsibility of the customer to pack the items well so they arrive back to us safely. We strongly recommend sending items back by an insured, traceable delivery service. Once received back and after testing, if the returned product is deemed to have no fault and is down to poor troubleshooting by the customer, it will be the customer’s responsibility to collect the item from us or pay a delivery charge to have it re-delivered. It is strongly recommended that you contact us first to try to resolve any issues you are having as more often than not we find that a returned item does in fact work, but just wasn’t operated or troubleshooted correctly.

If you are returning item(s) for a refund then the goods MUST be returned in a re-sellable condition i.e. same condition as you received it in and complete with all accessories and packaging, otherwise we may not be able to provide a full refund.

Please note that all inks are non-returnable ror hygiene reasons unless damaged on arrival, or faulty and the returns procedure has been followed.

Tattooing pigments

Premier Tattoo Supplies take no responsibility for the end use of the pigments they sell, it is suggested that a scratch/patch test is done prior to use to check for allergic reactions.
